About Villa Mirjam

Villa Mirjam offers accommodation with a private pool and stunning views of the sea from the hot tub for up to 10 guests.

The villa was renovated in 2023. The villa is 200m2 large, spread over two floors. 

Internet access is available throughout the house and yard via STARLINK with a speed of 180 Mbps. 

On the ground floor, there is a large living room of 40 m2 connected to the kitchen, with a TV with internet access, a sofa, a couch, a table, and a large dining table in the dining room for 8-10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals (oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, 4 ceramic hobs, electric coffee maker, blender, juicer). Also, on the ground floor, there is a hallway, a bedroom with a bed (150cmx200cm) and a private bathroom, and another bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a private bathroom. 

In front of the villa, there are seating sets, a bar, and beanbags. The entire yard is fenced. 

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160cmx200cm). Each bedroom on this floor has its bathroom and an additional toilet with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a smaller living room on this floor with a sofa bed (150cm x 200 cm). From the bedrooms on this floor and the living room, there is access to a large terrace with sea views where there is a hot tub. The kitchen on this floor is smaller and has everything you need: 2 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave and an electric coffee maker. From the kitchen, you can go directly to the yard where there is a pool (8mx4m), an outdoor shower, 7 sun loungers with comfortable cushions, and one canopy for two more people with comfortable cushions. There is also a gas barbecue and a large dining table for 10 people. A safe, children's cutlery, a high chair, and a bed for children. Pets are allowed (up to 3). Parking for 6 cars. 

Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is from 10 AM. 

A quiet location for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you are awakened by the sun and birds chirping. Where the awakening and the sea view from the rooms and the terrace are unreal, it must be experienced. It is located 10 km south of Novi Vinodolski, above the small fishing village of Klenovica, but still close enough to all the entertainment amenities. Grocery store 2.5 km, supermarket (Lidl, Plodine, Tomy) 8 km, Restaurants (2.5 km) nearest beach 2.5 km rocky and sandy beaches 4-6 km, dog beach (6 km), Marina 8 km, bicycle paths, hiking, tennis, diving, water sports, sailing, restaurants, fitness and wellness center (10 km), rehabilitation center (20 km).
